Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes! We are licensed in the State of Washington, insured for up to $500,000 in general liability damage and bonded through Hiscox.

How do I begin services with Voilà?
  • First, submit your online inquiry (Contact Page).
  • Then, we schedule an in person walkthrough of your space so we can provide an accurate quote.
  • Next, we follow up with an email estimate.
  • Finally, if you approve, we move forward with scheduling an initial clean.
What services do you provide?

What are your rates?

As of 2024 our rates range between $60 and $65 per hour.

These rates include:

  • a thrive-able wage for our staff
  • provided products and tools
  • mileage

We offer a Choose Your Own Price (CYOP) program at $60/hour or $65/hour depending on the state of the home where we work as many hours as you’d like to purchase, and work through a priority list by room and stop when we’ve reached your price limit. We do have a service minimum of 3-hours ($195).

Can my house be cleaned when I’m not there?

Yes. We prefer this so the flow of cleaning can be uninterrupted. We can arrange for a safe entry and securing your home once finished. Some clients leave a key, others give us a personalized door code.

What products and tools do you use?

Here is a link to the products and tools we provide and use. If you’d like different products used, please notify us, keep them readily available and fully stocked.

What if your cleaners are sick or someone in our home is sick?

We are equipped with masks if needed, and already often wear gloves while in your home. We also wash our hands frequently and insist on staying home when sick. We ask that if someone in your home is sick, you let us know so our cleaners can make the choice for themselves if they are comfortable or not. We will do our best to coordinate a rescheduled clean as soon as possible.

Do you supply cleaning supplies and equipment?

We provide all supplies and equipment needed. We recommend every home owner maintain a supply of cleaning basics in the case of a spill or mess in between cleans. If you have products you prefer, then provide them to us upon arrival and keep them stocked.

What if I’m not happy with my clean?

Contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone as soon as possible to let us know if you are unsatisfied with any part of your clean and we will arrange to return and fix the problem.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all deposits, payments and tips through Quickbooks invoices. Cash tips are welcome also. Invoices are sent and due the day of service.

Are you comfortable working around pets?

Yes, we love animals. Most pets greet us with excitement and then get bored of us quickly as we begin working. In some cases we may ask that you keep your pet in a separate room.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please let us know with as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule your cleaning. We will do our best to fit you in. Also see Cancellation, Rescheduling and Inclement Weather Policy above.

What services do you not provide?

We wear gloves and may also wear a mask.

Scheduling

One benefit of hiring a small business instead of a big company is
the building of rapport and trust with a smaller team invested in your community. Big companies often send 3-4 cleaners to your home, racing to clean and get to the next job. We take our time, send no more than 2 cleaners (unless it’s a big clean) and know your pets names!
