Leaving behind a full time job with benefits to pursue a Master’s degree, Marcella worked as a part-time Cleaner for a local company in 2020. The work was surprisingly fulfilling, but the company didn’t train well or treat their staff and clients with care. She realized she could create her own business as a thoughtful service provider and a proud member of the community of Snohomish County. Before cleaning, she was anxious and bringing work stress home. This is no longer the case. This is a small business with big impacts on family’s daily lives and home environments. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, training her dog, thrifting, and checking out too many books at the library.
