Cancellations
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean if you need to
cancel or reschedule. If you let us know less than 24 hours before your scheduled
clean you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service price through
Quickbooks.
Call or text (425) 422-1517 if you need to cancel. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail. Thank you for your cooperation.
Rescheduling
Please let us know at least one month in advance if you need to change your
cleaning cadence. Examples include, going out to town for a wedding, hosting
guests and having construction done in your home. We send out the monthly schedule the second to last week of the previous month. It is helpful to know any changes you need made in your schedule prior to the monthly schedule being sent out.
Inclement Weather
One of our priorities is safety. If we feel we are unable to commute to your home safely due to weather or road conditions, we have the right to cancel and reschedule your cleaning appointment on the next available and safe day to travel. This includes snow, ice, wind storms, extreme heat and power outages. Thank you for understanding.
